Somerville

Somerville is where Garcia Services HVAC is based, so Union Square, Winter Hill, Davis Square, and East Somerville get our shortest response times at any hour. We know the housing here block by block: triple-deckers with one steam boiler feeding three units, condo conversions where each floor has its own system, and new builds along the Green Line Extension running on heat pumps.

Steam and hot-water boilers are still the backbone of Somerville heating, and we clean, repair, and replace them year-round. Ductless mini splits are the most common upgrade we install here, giving top-floor units real cooling and supplemental heat without touching the plaster.

Because Somerville is home, it is where we test every new process first and where our maintenance customers get the easiest scheduling. Call any hour, and every new system we install here includes its first maintenance visit free.
