Parkside

Parkside's quiet blocks are full of homes whose outdoor space is a small yard and a lot of potential. A compact deck or rebuilt porch is often all it takes to change how the house is used.

The microclimate is foggy like the Sunset next door, so we build with damp-season materials and finishes that hold their color.

One crew handles the project start to finish, so nothing gets lost in handoffs and the schedule holds.
