Excelsior

The Excelsior's deep lots offer something rare in San Francisco: room to build. We design decks with real zones — dining, lounging, garden access — that use the space properly.

Homes here are often decades into their original outdoor structures, and repairs are common. We assess what's structurally worth keeping before quoting anything.

Estimates are free and itemized, and every project runs on a written scope with a schedule you can hold us to.
